At Florence Lane, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is part of a limited run and handled with care to ensure its quality and originality.


Damaged or Defective Items

While we have a no-return policy, your satisfaction remains our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a review:

  2. Include a brief description of the issue and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  3. Our team will evaluate your request and work with you on the best resolution, including a full refund if applicable.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective items. To qualify, the item must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (if applicable).


Chargebacks & Disputes
